You may also want to discuss dietary and exercise guidelines that may increase your chances of becoming pregnant. Finally, ask about the side effects of any medications you or your partner may be taking. Some medications (even over the counter supplements) can make it more difficult to get pregnant.

Some people will schedule love making when they are having trouble getting pregnant, but it may help you relax to simply focus on keeping your encounters fresh, exciting, and as romantic as possible.
